Harvinder Sahi

Harvinder Sahi is a dedicated and experienced Registered Physiotherapist who earned her Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree in India in 2005 and has been practicing for over 20 years. With a strong belief in client-centred care, Harvinder takes the time to understand everyone’s unique concerns, working collaboratively to set meaningful goals and build effective, personalized treatment plans. She has pursued additional training in soft tissue release, joint mobilization, and advanced therapeutic techniques to continuously enhance her clinical skills. Harvinder has a special interest in treating motor vehicle accident injuries (ICBC), workplace injuries, vestibular conditions such as vertigo (BPPV), concussion management, and both pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation. Her treatment approach integrates a wide range of evidence-based techniques, including active release therapy, acupuncture, intramuscular stimulation (IMS)/dry needling, myofascial release, joint mobilization, and comprehensive home exercise programs. Known for her compassionate and thorough care, Harvinder is committed to helping her clients regain mobility, reduce pain, and return to their daily activities with confidence and independence.

Tanisha Bhatia

(Registered Kinesiologist)

Tanisha is a Registered Kinesiologist and a practicing member of the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK) and a part of Canadian Kinesiology Association (CKA). She graduated from Trinity Western University with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Kinetics, specializing in the Kinesiology stream. She is passionate about sports and that has led her to work as a student athletic therapist and assisting in strength and conditioning settings. She has experience supporting a diverse range of clients, including older adults, individuals recovering from post-surgeries and injuries, and those with disabilities or chronic conditions. She is committed to helping individuals regain function, prevent future issues, and improve quality of life through evidence-based therapeutic exercise, mobility training, and corrective movement techniques. Her approach is client-centered to meet each person’s unique goals and abilities.

Rajandeep Brar

(Registered Massage Therapist)

Rajan Brar is a Registered Massage Therapist and graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy, where he completed the 2,500-hour program as Valedictorian. With over five years of clinical experience, he takes an evidence-based, whole-body approach to identify and treat the root causes of pain and dysfunction. Rajan combines techniques such as Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and therapeutic exercise. He values collaboration with other healthcare professionals and emphasizes movement-based rehabilitation to promote long-term recovery. Known for his calm and supportive nature, Rajan creates a welcoming environment where patients feel heard and cared for. He is fluent in English, Punjabi and Hindi.
